"In reference to the subject matter, This would be looking East on West Bay St.,  taken from Esplanade Beach with food vendors for the beach goers. You could be sure Guava Jam and Johnny Cake would be amongst the offerings. In the right background, the large wooden building was a sponge warehouse."

Dear Bob,
The photo in your collection "Hotel B-B-Q 1966 Grand Bahama" under Various, is the Jack Tar Hotel in West End. The bar was called The Witches Hut (or Brew not sure which [no pun intended]). A trio would play by the pool. It was great.
