this is a valuable Coonley - you will have seen my chapter on Coonley in Reminiscing II. Did you notice the 2-storey
cupola on the Adderley Building? It blew down in one of the hurricanes and they replaced it with a smaller one that we are
familiar with. Also the Kirk once had a tall wooden spire on the back section, very fine. I saw a picture once of the spire
fallen in the street after a hurricane. They didn't put it back. Same thing on the Anglican Church at Harbour Island. " Ron

"This big silk cotton is still there, next to
the office of Brown's Boat Basin. Donald and Sidney Brown are gone, but their sons carry on the hauling and painting business.

....it was our grandfather Bruce Kilroy Tompson who owned "Dirty Dicks" on Bay Street,
Nassau, later inherited by our uncle, also Bruce Kilroy Thompson. Uncle Roy (Thompson)
is the gentleman in the blue suit in the interior color-shot of "Dirty Dicks".
